About

Merion Friends Meeting is a Quaker Meeting just outside Philadelphia, PA. We welcome those who are interested in becoming Quaker, those who are just curious about us, those who are exploring different spiritual paths, and even those who need to write a paper for their World Religions class and need to attend worship with members of another faith. We welcome you to visit Merion Friends Meeting. Our meeting for worship is Sundays at 11 am. There are also other Quaker meetings in the area, each with its own flavor, so it’s okay to visit several to see where you may feel most at home.

Being a Quaker is about how you live, not what you believe, and it’s about joining in both the silent worship and sharing the practical aspects of doing the things that are handled by clergy in other faiths.
